Patrice Manget

It's awful. I never got over the opening scenes of the Will Smith character savagely shredding the customer service rep on the phone. None of his subsequent do gooder moves in the rest of the film made up for psychic damage of those first scenes. I wish I could unsee them. I don't care if it was about plot development. It was like watching a psychological.ax murder.
