As a Sci-fi enthusiast, it’s sometimes hard to find quality as well as an engaging concept in a series. OA is incredible. It has sophisticated twists and turns, but also captures you on a very human level. The slower story line seems to be an issue with some other reviewers, but I feel it is necessary to really get to grips with the characters and there ‘unusual’ day-to-day lives. I cannot imagine how long it took the writers to nail this series, as it’s so complicated. Having said that, I didn’t find it so confusing that I lost interest - quite the opposite; I was on the edge of my seat for every single episode.

At last, something you can actually get your teeth into. Raw unadulterated emotions of rage, fear, love and anger culminate into something that’s worth watching - bing watching in fact. Just finished the last episode of series 3 after three days of mesmerisation. Wonderful acting, totally absorbing plot, beautiful locations. All in all everything good drama should be. Cannot wait for series 4.
