When I hear more profanity than other words in every single scene, I blame it on the lack of vocabulary skills from the writers. This was slow, boring, tiresome, and confusing. I don't like when the plot goes back and forth from the past to the present. There weren't any likeable characters. Each one's mannerisms made this cringe worthy. I may read the book, and I'm sure it will be much better. Basically the summary is that crime sometimes does pay. What a terrible thing to teach vulnerable people.
