Addictive, absorbing and relatable. I thought this was going to be too high brow for me (aka dull and patronising) but whilst clearly an intelligent drama it is incredibly accessible, I think in part due to the familiarity (and powerful performances) of the actors but perhaps also due to the updated adaptation of the play. I loved the intimacy of the series and I was almost disappointed to see the introduction of so many other characters and actors in the final episode as I just wanted it to be me, Mira and Jonathan. I thoroughly recommend this - and yes it could well be a bit too close to home in terms of messages and outcomes. I love it.
