I am currently playing Weird West through Xbox Gamepass, though I would happily purchase. The environment is fantastic; werewolves, zombies, 'sirens', wraiths, etc., all mixed together with 'normal' encounters such as bandit gangs in a large explorable map. The storyline is proving to be really interesting too; however, you can rattle through very quickly almost by accident if you don't force yourself off the beaten path. The developers are genuinely listening to the fanbase, launching tweaks and updates continuously and already announcing updates to the game such as new areas. Annoying gameplay mechanics are being ironed out quickly, vastly improving the experience. Cons: The game controls are fiddly and take getting used to, to the point that I don't often use in-game mechanics such as activating special skills. The environment can be interacted with; flammable lanterns, explodable barrels etc. However, due to the fiddly controls and speed of combat I find this difficult to take advantage of. Almost as if the game would benefit from the option of playing turn based... Altogether definitely worth a download!
