I finished the book the same day I started the series. Big mistake. The show is flat and inauthentic. It skews far from the true storyline and gives the characters exaggerated personalities of either good and evil making it childish, when the book was beautifully raw, displaying the full human experience. It’s very annoying to watch :( They had amazing material to go off and the opportunity to tell a story that captivated their entire audiences, but fumbled. Two stars because I realize the location and art of film style and editing was beautiful!
