I really loved season 1 but what is this 😭 I just started season 2 today and somehow it's turned into a bible-thumping medieval-times sounding show?? at one point helen literally says 'are you being besieged by wagging tongues and vivid imaginations?' like where does that even come from....... I'm so dissapointed

God, the dad is so unbearably horrible I can't stand to continue watching this show. Why they would ever make a central character SO unlikeable is beyond me.
