Don't get me wrong I love a good documentary. I feel as if this doc missed its mark. I think it was absolutely ridiculous. Is Taylor Swift running for office? Im sorry but if you want to fight for something great I respect that, but I just feel when you take advantage of your widespread platform to speak about your political views I feel it is so distasteful and unsatisfying. Your views are your views, but you don't need to shove it in everyones faces every chance you get. I respect everyones views no matter what you believe, no matter what side you end up on. Yes speak your mind, use your voice, but don't over do it. There is a fine line that I feel people always cross when speaking about politics, we can all go back and fourth all day but seriously did your documentary have to be all about politics? Come on, be better. But Im rating this documentary a 2 star because I felt that yes they missed the mark on what it should've been, but the editing and the way everything was put together was pretty decent and I respect that. Just next time be better don't shove your views in our faces.
