This is the most loaded show I've watched. Please for the love of all things bbq pick different judges. 1. If u can't take spice don't ask people from different ethnic backgrounds. To show you their culture in there foods because. YES ITS GOING TO BE SPICY. 2. If u have someone that over cooks vs someone that under cooks something. You don't go with the undercook. Something undercooked can potentially be dangerous and make you sick. 3. Just because you think something that you did in the past was good. Doesn't mean that is the only way to do something. Even the best get beat. 4. A judge makes a good judge because they can be humble. And open minded without thinking they are better. Food wise and contestants 5stars all day. Love to watch the work and see the things that they come up with. But I will skip the judging on this show because it's trash.
