Definitely disappointed for Jose Garces tonight. He definitely out cooked Brooke and should of won. Brooke knew it too. The Judge did a bad job. Brooke couldn't get any pork off the pigs feet. I have thought several chefs were screwed over by judges and their personal taste preferences VS the dish itself, how the ingredients were used.
