This is an excellent movie. This movie was stopped from being shown for over 5 years but has finally been released by Angel studios. It takes the viewer into the world of child abuse in a way that does not exploit the child actors in the film. Tim Ballard's real life story was first seen on CBS news and from there the film maker saw the need to tell the whole story. Tim Ballard chose Jim Caviezel to play him because of the actor's strong Christian values and because he saw him in "Count of Monte Cristo" and "The Passion of the Christ". All of the actors do a wonderful job with heart wrenching topic. The music is beautiful. The cinematogragphy is amazing with the use of "light" and "dark" to focus on the light and darkness in every human's soul. Bring tissues you will need them. "God's children are not for sale" is an important line in the movie!
