Toni Chavez

Anne wrote this book series and every series with very detailed storytelling. She delved into history, geography, poetry, passion, human nature, culture, spirituality, music, and art. Every sentence she wrote was well thought out with every feeling and memory of each of the characters she wrote. I realize that putting her words to film on a tv show would be impossible. But this, what they did here, it's like they didn't even try very hard. Where is the love of architecture, the history, the deep southern culture, and the family timeline????? They threw that all out with Michael I guess. I think I'd rather watch Queen of the Damned, honestly. My heart is sick because this series is one of my favorites of all time. Excuse me while I go back and read it again to wash the tv show out of my brain.
