I just completed the series and I'm so excited. The show was a bliss from the start, I could relate so well to Spencer's dad leaving, family drama, being black, racism, relationships, business and so much more. I am so proud of the casts, and envious of them too. I wish Spencer's and Olivia's relationship wasn't fictive and was real. I enjoyed the final episode. Why are we left uncertain about Billy's brother though?
Once again I'm proud and extremely honored to have watched such a great literary work, the traditional representations were top-notch too, I know it may haven't been easy.
Listening to Afrobeats -- Nigerian songs in the background, makes me proud of the culture too. Overall, this series deserves ultimate awards and recognitions coupled with the fact that it was inspired by a true story.
