Love this film. Gerard Butler's voice may not send shivers up my spine as another untrained singer Dan Stevens does, in his big Beast number, but the combination of Gerard Butler's handsome masculine physicality with the loneliness and pathos he brings to the phantom are so moving to watch.
Love the costumes and stagey settings/choreography too - after all it is set in an opera house. The supporting cast are so good too.
