Episode 2: Amelia enters crime scenes and she is clearly not wearing the fancy camera they devised for her in episode one. Apparently, this time they have her wearing a little black strip on a pin, but they don’t bother to explain that. Sometimes it is missing from scenes altogether, but Lincoln can still hear and see everything. Check out the end of the episode. It’s missing at the beginning of the church scene, but appears at the end. Come ON, NBC!!!!! It’s not that difficult! I am not going to comment on the plot. I am an avid reader of Jeffrey Deaver and may be biased, so I’m going to allow for creative license here. (Should Lincoln even be allowed to hold his head up? Denzel’s Lincoln seemed way closer to a quadriplegic as portrayed in the book.) If Amelia changed to a different, smaller camera, explain that. As a viewer, it’s very frustrating to be watching and to spend half the episode trying to figure out how he can is able to view the crime scene.
