Considering the hype the movie has, I found it disappointing. It was lack lustre. Mohanlal's dialogue delivery was amateurish. I found the smirks exchanged by the defence lawyers irritating, and reminded me of movies in the 70s. Mind you, I loved Drishyam, by the same director.

Vicky Koushal as Sam Maneckshaw is simply brilliant, and tremendously handsome. Flawless dialogue delivery and intonation. Meghna Gulzar, take a bow for an excellent screenplay and direction. Sanya Malhotra played her part well. Fatima for the role of Indira Gandhi was a poor choice...she is way too young, nor does she have the requisite aggression of Indira Gandhi. Looking forward to more such inspirational biopics

I really enjoyed this movie. It's a typical Agatha Christie sort of murder mystery, with all the suspects under one roof. The locale is terrific, and the movie has interesting twists and turns. The actors have each done their part well. Vidya Balan is gorgeous. Very good storytelling 👍
