Professor Dame Sarah Gilbert gave an excellent, very informative lecture on the work she and her team carried out to quickly produce the vaccine that saved thousand of lives. We owe them so much.
It is hoped that this and subsequent governments listen to this lecture and learn so that the financial neglect of this vital work is never repeated.
Thank you to all who worked so hard, and continue to do so, for the well being of us all.
