Xcellent writing, taught scenes, terrific cast. Sheridan is THE best writer in film and TV of this generation. He skates the razor's edge of moral dilemmas and gives full throat to both opposing forces that will kill for their point of view. I just binged Mayor of Kingstown and Lioness back 2 back and my head is spinning from my world of right and wrong, black and white, shattered into a kaleidoscopic vision of shifting shades of grey's w/ no clear lines marking one from the other. And I LIKE it!
