While i hate moore, this is a top ten bond film for me Not my favorite, but a film that i often re-watch. It as enough thrills and laughs to get you interested throughout with a kinda ok plot. Dont get me wrong, I hate octopussy and a view to a kill and all, and did not have high exxpectations for this one as a kid.but it was pretty good. Originaity:5/10 pretty much stole the whole thing from star wars and took advantage that there was a bond book called moonraker. I seriously think they should have adapted that. Intro: 10/10 Plot: 8/10 Bond women: 3/10. moore grew too old which took away from the charm. Set shots: 9/10 Formula: 9/10 Overall: 8/10 Final thoughts; if you can get past some camp moonraker is a ok bond. Not any goldfinger, but one worth watching.

The hardcore movie fans will hate it. Fans of shows like pleasantville and people who have read the comics will love the references to the stuff. I watched ep 3 and it was actually sort of scary. And even if it is slow now, it gets better later. If you wait a little while, it will be amazing.
