It's definitely a good read, unexpected plot twists that will make your mind wonder like crazy. However i wish it was more than that, sad that Ellie was really dead as i expected her to get what she deserved; freedom. However it wasn't Ellie's story that was highlighted the most, rather it was how her disappearance affected her family. Especially her mother Laurel who has lost almost everything after she lost her child and failed to know more of her. This book encourages us to be mindful of our actions, feelings and people around us. Definitely a good book that pushes you to read the whole novel up to the end.
