The book is magnificent. As the author himself says most of the things stated in the book are we all know but you'll see the positive change in your life when you start to practice it. As he says knowledge isn't power until applied. The book has helped me alot in dealing with worries and unnecessarily torturing myself by overthinking. This book inspires you and help you to be more kind, calm forgiving and understanding. I think it has something to offer to everyone who reads it as it has got all the topics (mental like training your brain as well as physical like dealing with fatigue, insomnia) covered that help you overcome worries. I've already read it multiple times and will surely read it even more times till I become the best version of me as a human being.
