Are there enough stars in the sky to congratulate and exalt this recording and all involved in this albums conception and realization? I do not think so, but I feel motivated to contribute my deep gratitude nevertheless. The likes of this exquisite masterpiece of American and British innovation, instrumentation, and the engineering wizardry of this high magnitude will never be replicated. Who alive and on the scene now or since the time of the JH Experience is there to compare this music with? What Jimi Hendrix and the Experience, along with all associated recording engineers and genius producer did in creating this album, and all other records that The Jimi Hendrix Experience produced, cannot and will not be equaled, or surpassed, so powerful and time traversing are these recordings. Their hybrid mix of traditional, Classical Indian music, American Blues, Rhythm and Blues and Electronic instrumentation escalated itself to the advanced degree of sheer genius. They created a truly timeless music. The past, Indian Classical, the best qualities and features of American roots music, and the modern era with electronic and synthesized features take listeners to another space and time. Fans and all other listeners get to travel the full circle of time listening to these hybrid brand of recordings. They were and remain, the greatest achievement that; American music has to offer, by way of beautiful sound and a music that does not and will not age out. With Jimi Hendrix and his Experience, we have the exaltation of modern American music at its finest. In a hundred years or more, we may never again see conditions converge in such a magnificent way, as they did when the Experience was born. The times, the talent, the genius, the inspiration, the complete masterpiece these recordings and this music represents cannot and will not be equaled or surpassed, we can only enjoy and be deeply grateful to God, and to all those associated with bringing this music to us, as gift a gift from the musical gods who stayed only a short while, but who changed our world of American music forever.
