The manager she is very rude.. she yells at the workers, even when they do right, she is wanting to fight the young girls in the front because the boyfriend or husband is flirting with young girls, the owner yells at the workers also, they chase good workers away. I over heard a causation lady with glasses telling one of the young guys they are planning to get rid of them, cause of their skin color, and he felt offended. I also over heard her saying that they all try fighting her and yelling at her. The owner pulls up gets out with a pistol on his hip, the other enployees of his are walking around the job site with pistols on them I guess trying to intimidate the new guys. I went back today and I seen the new guy and he told me they fired me and I am new here, because I knew what was going on and what I've heard just yesterday. You all need to accept good workers and not cause of gossip and the color of someone skin, that's why no one wants to work there. I advised him to go to the workforce employment building and file a lawsuit. I hope he did. The owner I seen him he should be ashamed of himself.
