Clearly reading the reviews over here and listening to the movie being the comparison of Kabhi Khushi kabhi gam, I went to watch. The movie is absolute fit for those who are Karan Johar fans, Ranveer Singh fans or Alia Bhatt fans. For people who watch meaningful movies trust me you will keep on thinking what’s happening here, proceed to watch with caution. A few scenes here and there do hold you but overall it’s a commercial film made just to promote Gucci, Fendi, D&G, BBT etc. There is a failed attempt to roast Arnab Goswami and anti Karan Johar lobby/Anti Bollywood lobby etc. Alia Bhatt tried to give her best but she was unable to impress either. At places you realise that KJo/Alia are trying to respond to their insults… ex : “Alia in one scene tells the name of the president of India” I mean, you take it with a pinch of salt, we know that you have a high IQ! 😂😅 Ranveer Singh - He should stay away from Dharma Productions unless he wants to waste his career, such a waste of talent. This man was not the one who did Ramleela/Bajirao/Khilji etc. Ranveer is just over reacting, trying to act as a west Delhi lad but the protrayal is far from reality. Concept is slightly on the feminine side which is also not maintained well! Film locations are good, the song tum na mile is the best thing in the whole movie, you see a lot of Delhi and Gurgaon in a few places. PS - I’m writing this review while still sitting in the hall!
