The whole of the Post Office board should feel utterly ashamed. This is surely the biggest corporate scandal involving ordinary people there has ever been. I used to work for the Post Office but accepted voluntary redundancy in 1993 because I could see where it was going. All sorts of people with no knowledge or experience of the business were being externally recruited to very senior positions whereas in previous years promotions were made from within. This series brilliantly shows the sheer incompetence and arrogance of those supposedly in charge in sharp contrast to the hell that sub postmasters were subjected to. Those responsible simply HAVE to be brought to account---but will they? I live in hope.
