When either trying to play challenges, tournaments or to the even newer one for me, not being able to open cards, even more problematic, EA is aware of these issues and refuse to fix them or address them properly, but quick to except our money for the game and add-ons, to only say, go to another platform for help. I’m happy that the game is back, but hate ALL the issues. I FEEL that any company/corporation that sale consumer products should be forced to actually have a TRUE customer service call center, not email, follow them on other formats or forums, when issues occurs to address issues, TO ONLY SUGGEST A TEMPORARY FIX, instead of a TRUE SOLUTION.
