Train to Busan is the zombie movie the world was waiting for. Multidimensional characters you WILL get attached to. Story of redemption in some ways. By far the most thought-provoking and memorable aspect of Train to Busan is the way it uses both the survivors and, uniquely, the infection itself to show how noble, as well as how condemnable a human being can become during a time of crisis. If I am Legend was a psychological thriller, Train to Busan is its sociological counterpart. Comparable to World War Z, but more believable, and definitely with more endearing characters.
