As I am watching this movie, the girl Mindy is super excited to have this interview for this college she really wants to attend. During the interview she is telling the interviewer/professor (I assume that’s what they are) all of her achievements and during this part the interviewer doesn’t seem interested at nothing other than if she has Aspergers while marking a question mark next to it on her paper. This really offended me and it seemed like if this part were meant to be funny? Even if Mindy had Aspergers what should that have anything to do with her attending the school if she makes the grades and has a super high IQ? My brother has Autism and it is so sad to see something like this in a movie whereas in his real life he has to overcome many obstacles to be where he is at just for people to only see that he has Autism rather than his abilities. Disappointed in this movie and who directed/wrote it. I hope Netflix sees this and removes it. If I could I’d give it zero stars.
