JD Vance is a fraud. No West Virginia coal mine town or actual Hillbillies would regard Vance as family or close friend. "Vance" is as far from a Hillbilly as anyone who knows the struggles of Appalachia from living there, their whole lives.
In short, he misrepresents the poor and the poverty stricken life that he never lived.
