The adaptation of Diana Gabaldon's books from the Outlander series is amazing. Seasons 1-3 have been the strongest as Ronald D. Moore was at the helm in the writer's room. Matthew B. Roberts and his team have done a good job on season 4, however that season was arguably the weakest due to trying to condense such a large novel into a shorter amount of episodes than in previous seasons. Also the writing team is not seamless since Ron Moore has seemed to step back as showrunner. I have high hopes for seasons 5-6 as the acting of Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe and supporting actors is not only phenomenal. That neither have won any major awards for their acting shows how biased the award system is. Heughan and Balfe have the chemistry that does justice to their Characters, as written by Gabaldon. Worth a watch, and a re-watch or two! I also highly recommend the books.
