I'm a huge fan of the Dune series and have thoroughly enjoyed both the original movies and the new ones. But this series is severely lacking. The pace is glacial (at best) making it very difficult to stay engaged. Minor plot points that could be done in a few moments drag out for 10+ minutes while important background is totally glossed over, often leaving you wondering why. I like the show... but it's painfully slow. I'm going to give it one more episode... (I always give a show 3) to get it in gear and start moving... somewhere....

Great series. While a lot will complain it isn't "Canon" I don't really care. The show was fun to watch and the plot was well done. The writing and acting were pretty good and the show was very enjoyable. Looking forward to next season.
