This movie is a bit extreme but shows us the truth about the food industry. I myself have not stopped eating meat but have incorporated vegetables, fruits, whole grains, herbs and spices and let me tell you, my mood feels better, I have way more energy, I don’t wake up bloated, I feel full and satisfied longer. And to all the reviews that gave a one star are probably workers from these billion dollar corporations that don’t want to be slandered or are just meat advocates who don’t want to give up meat. This is not to say “EATING ANY MEAT IT BAD” but the meat and dairy industry has manipulated all of us to think that red meat, processed meat and dairy products are good for you when in reality it is slowly killing Americans. At the end of the day this is OPINION do what you want with the information that is given in the documentary. It wouldn’t hurt to try and incorporate more vegetables in our diet.
