Interesting take on the vigilante theme. Not the worst "B" movie Ive watched. Decent way to waste 90 minutes.

oy! 15 minutes in I had no clue where this movie going. story was bland and the dialogue even worse. its the kind of movie you have on in the background while you're doing some vacuuming.
