I believe shows like this are quite harmful. Almost all characters in the movie did not deserve where they are. They were picked just by their character, friends etc. Had nothing to do with their talent or hard work. The fact that Ted did not care about his job, and after 2 years at the job still had not heard the name West Ham United or many other examples is awful. All that he did was baking, being nice and make long boring motivative stories. Other characters were like that too. Shows like this have the message: being lazy, untalented and do not respecting your job is not important. All that matters is to make friends, laugh and take nothing serious. And ignore all the talented hard workers, just because they are not in your circle of friends.
