I am a witness that the 21-Day Bone Broth plan works. I need to lose about 30 pounds and I just simply wanted to overall feel better. I was chronically bloated all the time and my eating habits needed much improvement on top of eating out too much. With Dr. Kellyann’s 21-day plan I was interested in resetting my system, improving my gut health, and increasing my self confidence. I love the recipes and the intermittent fasting for 2 days per week is quite doable. I just finished my second cycle of the plan and I’ve lost about 16 pounds. I didn’t measure myself before starting, but I know I’ve lost inches and my belly has slimmed down tremendously. During the first 21 days I lost 11 pounds. I was so pleased. I’ve never lost weight like this before. I just finished my second round and I lost a little over 5 pounds. I just ordered my third round and prayerfully my goal is to lose another 10 pounds. I think I need to drink more water and integrate a little exercise. I have balance issues, so I cautiously exercise and do the best I can.
The 21 day bundle is a little pricey but I’m sacrificing in other areas to improve my overall health. To me it’s worth it. I’m able to actually wear clothes in my closet. Because I was so overweight, I would wear the same outfit over and over because it covered up my body. Now I look forward to seeing what I can put on. So, the plan is a blessing and I love it not just for the weight loss, but more importantly for the internal healing taking place.
After reaching my target weight, I will follow the maintenance plan. The recipes I used are ones that I love and have incorporated into my diet long term. The only other thing I need to do is try to make my own bone broth. The book has recipes for making it yourself. My only hesitancy is I want to make sure I prepare it correctly to get the same health benefits. This will help to reduce costs.
