In short, instead of the movie focusing on the Civil War itself (why it started in the first place, whos fighting who, geographical areas of the different factions, etc) it’s just a movie about photographers taking pictures of small battles throughout the movie and then a lot of driving around. Super boring, acting is eh, writing is eh, storyline is boring with no sort of tension building. This movie would’ve been better if it took inspiration from “The Purge” movies
