ah, just finished watching this series a minute ago... trust me or not it's ur choice but I found it a lighter version of Dark, a German series. i don't wanna give u any spoilers, just start watching straightly. I bet u won't regret it till the end. i want to give a small spoiler that it's not a horror series.

Despite high expectations, The Frog unfortunately misses the mark on several fronts. The plot, which initially seemed promising, quickly becomes convoluted and hard to follow, leaving viewers confused rather than intrigued. Character development is shallow; the protagonists lack depth and fail to evoke any genuine emotional connection. Additionally, the pacing is inconsistent—certain episodes drag on unnecessarily, while others rush through pivotal moments without adequate exploration. The dialogue often feels forced and clichéd, detracting from the authenticity of the story. Even though the production values are commendable, with impressive cinematography and set designs, these elements aren't enough to compensate for the weak narrative and underwhelming performances. Overall, The Frog falls short of delivering a compelling and memorable viewing experience.
