The author might just be the worst sort of "muggles" she herself described in "Harry Potter" when it comes to trans issues. While there are "crackpot old fools" who aren't true wizards, and malevolent propaganda which equates gender dysphoria with flamboyant transvestism, they are never to be confused with what they pretend to be, or helped to put any other genuine & harmless communities in a bad light. The attacks she made aim not so much at the perpetrators who assault women but the other indirect victims of theirs. If her excuses are to be believed, she's then too chickened out to do anything about the real offenders, and sought an easier target and a scapegoat - the transgender community, just like a battered wife who unleashes her marital frustrations onto her loyal pet cat and kills it. It has revealed something very nasty about the author (i.e. the hypocritical, cowardly & bullysome nature). Women like the author here put women as a whole in a bad light, and voluntarily drew the contempt, abuses, and assaults. In fact I think she LOVES sex offenders and HATES trans. Yuck!
