Confused author who doesn't know where to stop. Blinded by success by first novel, probably she is stratching the story for trilogy or may be multiple sequences. The story lost its glamour due to its predictability ( of something dire is going to happen when everything is going alright.). No twists or new ideas. Better not to waste your time, as I wasted.
