I purchased the 2023 Daily, Simplified Planner for a total of $65.31, and I am quite disappointed.
Please see below for additional comments:
* Spiral. In terms of quality, the spiral spine gets caught on things. The pages get stuck in the spiral bind, making it impossible to turn pages; flipping functionality is severely hindered because the spiral is too tight, and the pages do not turn.
* Front Pocket. The pocket folder at the front is so small that it only fits a few sheets of stickers.
* Line Spacing. EmilyLey.com does not include details to specify what the line spacing is, specifically in the daily section. The line spacing is rather small, approximately 5 or 6 mm, not leaving much room for writing.
* Ink on the Backside of Pages. I have been using an extra fine Precise V5 Pilot Pen, and I am already seeing the ghosting of the pre-printed ink on the backside of the pages. This disappoints me as I expected the paper quality to be far better given the price of this planner.
* Customer Service. The customer service team is horribly unresponsive. I emailed the customer support after receiving the planner. However, to date, the customer service team failed to respond to any of my inquiries and/or concerns.
In light of the above, I do not believe that this company’s mission to “inspire women to organize, simplify, and carve white space for the good stuff of life” is truly being achieved.
I felt compelled to leave this Google Review to warn others of defects and enable them to save money.
