It's a pretty book to have on the shelf. A good starting place maybe as the ideas are vague. One example for a two star review is; in the reading body language section, a bullet point reads "Poor eye contact means this person is hiding something". Now, I'm autistic and find it nigh impossible to communicate with someone while holding eye contact. I would have appreciated a bit more detail than ignorant bullet points that would make my life harder.
