I have generously awarded this drivel two stars as it started off promisingly but quickly degenerated into nonsense! No idea how but I watched it to the end (not intently!) and I'm afraid the plot became even more absurd, if that's possible! Don't waste your time!

This was very hard to watch. I remember the case of Josef Fritzl and his daugher Elizabeth in Austria. It was very big in the news at the time and quite unbelievable. The movie gives an inkling of what poor Elizabeth must have endured but the ordinary mind can't even begin to really process it. Lord knows how she survived this horrendous ordeal but I just pray that she and her children were able to get the help they needed after such an horrific trauma. It really makes you count your own blessings.

Watched this back in the day and still watching it in 2022! Stands the test of time in terms of the scripts and quality of acting even if there are some 'questionable' attitudes nowadays. RIP Robbie.
