It was not a cinematic masterpiece but it was a fun film and I enjoyed the movie from start to finish

The plot was subpar. There were lots of parts in the movie that made no sense at all for instance security at a facility with a seemingly infinite budget is almost nonexistant. Government agencies are so incompetent at protecting national secrets that two kids and a generic Cedric the entertainer could just get to the deepest part of the facility with no effort. Dont get me started on the whole hollow earth thing or the fact that godzilla blasted a hole to the center of the earth that was exactly big enough for kong to climb up with his shiny battle axe. I watched this movie for the monster beat down which turned out to be underwhelming. But the plot was childish and full of illogical plot holes.

I personally loved this movie. I feel this is how other countries think Americans see America. And they're right
