Francesca Hayward (Victoria), Laurie Davidson (Mr Mistoffelees) and Robert Fairchild (Munkustrap) were brilliantly cast and create magic on the screen in the main roles. Idris Elba was superb as Macavity. I couldn’t have said how long the movie was because it was fully entrancing on the big screen. I’ve never seen the stage production but I loved the movie, the dancing and the casting.
