This movie takes its time telling a beautiful story. The character development is relatively good and the story is very interesting. It is a slow burner but worth it. It isn't a perfect movie, but really enjoyable if you aren't angry about diversity and the fact that women can be superheroes too. If you didn't enjoy it, then this movie probably wasn't for you. Women and people of colour getting the spotlight in movies is not political or "woke," it is progress.
