The swearing and graphic slaughter of anyone or anything that gets in the way of The Suicide Squad detracted from any enjoyment one might expect from a superhero movie. A children’s film aimed at adults who think they are in on the joke. Unfortunately the joke isn’t particularly funny anyway. Quite liked the weasel though.

It was difficult to empathize with any of the characters as the whole film was so slow that I couldn't wait for it to finish. A shame as it's a story that needs to be seen and the acting was faultless, but there was no reason to drag it out.

Very little plot. Totally unrealistic fight scenes, which comprised most of the film. I thought I was watching a zombie movie with the amount of effort needed to kill off the antagonists. John Wick, on the other hand, must have had 9 lives! If you enjoy special effects, car chases, motorcycle chases, etc this may be for you. I always like watching Ian McShane but even he couldn’t redeem this disaster.
