Has such a strong beginning with reference to the original Twister movie with Dorothy V and science lingo. Then the story shifts to more relationship building that lacks science or reason and starts to contradict what the first movie established with it's ending. The movie had potential to be amazing and fell short with such a tremendous letdown.

If you're a die hard fan of the Nickelodeon cartoon, this is not the live adaptation for you. The tone is darker but creative liberties take away from the character's drive and essence for why they do what they do. They've completely changed the characters from who we've come to know and love. The Netflix adaptation should really say "inspired by" rather than a live version of the cartoon as they're not the same at all.

Honest to God garbage dumpster set on fire kind of movie. I should've turned off the movie after the opening scene but I wanted to see if it got better. I was wrong. The writing is terrible and the acting is sloppy. The movie didn't know what it wanted to do. Like so many others have said, the pandemic definitely took at hit with this one and it seemed like it was simply released to try and make its' money back. At one point, the CGI was so dense I thought I was watching a video game. James Won has done better and this film is a disgrace to the Conjuring universe.
