It's like junk food. It's delicious, and addicting, but it lacks many things a good show has. Character development is practically non-existent, full of plotholes, cause I mean, how does an elite paramilitary group (Argus) make so many critical mistakes? The writers make a solid 30% of the dialogue just drama. No character development, just drama. Every season is the same general set of events, kinda like the walking dead. The arrow is a great idea, and I think that if they got some new writers with a solid track record for good to shows (not just popular shows, but substantially better writing in the shows), there would be a chance to clean up this mess.
