Lots of good advice for eating good food. I'm afraid to say they also say you can live for a long time. Eating nothing but what is in this book is not living for a long time it's just existing. No meat no cheese no eggs no Dairy no beer no wine no dark chocolate no good fats no bad fats! That to me is not living. I am a very fit slightly underweight 65-year-old just diagnosed with type 2. I think if I was to eat nothing but what is suggested I would probably fade away to nothing. If my brain didn't fade away first
