Sold a kramer Bob Kramer carbon 2.0 zwilling knife as new that was used. Judging by the reviews here I shouldn't be surprised--that America's test kitchen used a knife, didn't clean it well, didn't put the tip guard off--discarded some of the original packaging and failed to disclose it was used. Sleazy. Don't deal with them. Buy straight from Zwilling.
